My name is Amy Freese and I have been providing providing freelance and contractual graphic design and creative services to a variety of clients in the Baltimore metro area since 1997.
I have extensive experience in book and journal design as well as other printed materials,
logos, outdoor signage and exhibition graphics. Before opening my own business, I gained
experience working with other designers both on-site and at my studio. I spent several years as Production Manager for Baltimore magazine and Mid-Atlantic County magazine
(no longer in print) where I provided not only production management of both magazines
simultaneously, but also provided ad and editorial design and print coordination.
I have served as on-call creative director for several Baltimore area PR agencies and
I have experience dealing with complicated (and tight) schedules and production traffic,
as well as working with multiple clients at once.
I have the full Adobe Creative Suite software (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, etc.) and business software (Word, Excel). I have a long-standing relationship with many of the print shops in both the Baltimore and Washington, DC areas and take pride in making sure that my final projects are printed well and on time.
